- Technology – After meeting with tech giant IBM to discuss their plans, the Cosby team brought their conceptual ideas to life. With the input of our experienced team, all of IBMs ideas were moulded into shape. This helped them to confidently take their offering on the road, delivering features such as housed working racks, data cables, a video wall, demonstration benches, air conditioning, and an area for formal presentations and hospitality.
- Automotive – Cosby Suppliers created Audi’s flagship double deck trailer, used on track days and for dealer events. Features included a high-level finish on both floors in-line with luxury Audi brand. The two-tier unit had the space for a coffee counter, audio visual facilities, soft seating area and private meeting rooms.
- Manufacturing – Heidelberg used an expanding trailer to take their marketing team on the road, this enables them to demonstrate their products and services to an audience they would not normally reach. The trailer was reinforced and specially built to accommodate the heavy printing equipment, and to ensure it stayed in place during transit.
- Events – We created a fleet of expanding marketing trailers for EMS, these included a mobile classroom, product launch vehicle, mobile bank, computer room, exhibition stand and mobile clinic, all of which have their own unique features

The design and build of these expanding trailers allows for quick and easy single-operator implementation. The podded trailer easily opens and closes using electro-hydraulic functions which are controlled by a wander lead. Depending on the complexity of the trailer, and the skill of the operator, we would expect most to be up and running in less than thirty minutes.
