As specialist trailer manufacturers, all of our design and drawing work is undertaken in house, where we have 2D and 3D facilities. In the first instance we produce scaled layout drawings and then whichever drawings are necessary for manufacture.
If a full drawing package is needed, then we can accommodate that too.
Unlike many competitors, our expanding units are CE marked under the machinery directive. This means that critical calculations have been performed to ensure features are manufactured within safety tolerances and that best practice has been followed with respect to emergency stops and other fail safe systems.
