IBM SYSTEMS
This double podded trailer travels all over Europe to display IBM servers.
It features a unique entrance ramp which is permanently attached to the pod, lowered into place by a simple winch arrangement. It takes one person just five minutes to deploy, including handrails without any heavy lifting.
Internally, the racks are easily accessible and visible on rotating tunrtables, with LED backlights, all connected to a video wall display.
The ducted air conditioning provides a ceiling feature and the ultra quiet 40 kva generator completes the unit

AUDI
A 10m trailer that takes its design influences from Audi dealership architecture including curved roof and extensive glazed walling.
Ducted air conditioning, clean surfaces and finishes reflect the qualities of the Audi brand. A roof mounted satellite dish enables the on board AV system to connect to the Audi Channel.

EVENT MARKETING SOLUTIONS
The Voyager 2 is another project specifically manufactured for Event Marketing Solutions for use in their extensive hire fleet of exhibition and marketing units.
Nesting pods expand on either side to produce a high quality flat floor area of approximately 60m². The unit has an on board generator to provide power for most client’s requirements together with a full air conditioning package. Depending upon the interior fit out, this style of trailer could be used as a computer room, medical unit, mobile office or presentation area to name just a few potential uses.
EMS opted for an office area with plush finishes and basic galley facilities located at the front of the trailer, along with some audio visual features. A ceiling mounted projector in the main area, coupled with public address facility lends itself to use for presentations, conferences and product launches.

EVENT MARKETING SOLUTIONS
This is one of a number of ‘Pathfinder’ units produced for the rapidly expanding Event Marketing Solutions fleet. Featuring an on-board generator, air conditioning, disabled access lift, covered entrance feature, and pod and gull wing side expansions, its 22m² floor space provides versatility for it to be used in a variety of different functions.
These units have already been used as a mobile IT classroom and product launch facility and can be set up by an operator within 30 minutes of arrival on site.
The integration of flexible seating and furniture, network cabling and satellite internet connectivity, for example, lends this style of vehicle to a multitude of different uses and can comfortably accommodate up to 20 occupants.
The unit shown is based on a 7500kg gross weight vehicle, but other larger and heavier variations are achievable.

Heidelberg specified a double podded trailer to showcase their specialised printing presses right across Europe.
The heavy presses, with their concentrated load distribution required detailed dynamic load analysis and a mounting method to reflect the stresses imposed.
The trailer features on board power, air conditioning, basic audio visual functions and a small area to offer customers hospitality.
The covered entrance feature and extensive glazing to one side provides a pleasant environment for demonstration purposes
