The vehicle produced for TRL is a perfect example of integrating complex free issue equipment into a vehicle application. Specialist equipment used to measure road conditions and tyre noise was successfully incorporated into a body which also included an on-board analysis room. Our experience of fitting specialist equipment requiring specific ambient and travelling conditions is vast.

WRIGHT SWING GOLF
Integrating a golf simulator was a tricky challenge to overcome in terms of trailer weight and the height needed to allow a full club swing. Both criteria were met in this 3500kg trailer through the careful selection of lightweight materials and a sloping roof design. Real golf balls are hit into a projection screen as part of a simulator that allows users to play some of the world’s top courses in a fraction of the time.

FIRST FACILITIES / BSkyB
Four tiny Smart cars were converted for First Facilities to be used as a marketing tool for the Sky + platform. Roof mounted, self-seeking satellite dishes, rear mounted plasma screens, audio, small generator and themed branding transformed an already quirky car into something quite unique and head turning. Two other larger styles of vehicle of vehicle were also produced for the same customer which provide a walk through experience for members of the public to test drive the Sky + system.
